A private residence in Palma is looking for a dedicated Property Caretaker to support the ongoing maintenance and management of the estate. The role is offered on a part-time or full-time basis, with the starting date to be arranged individually. Your core responsibilities will encompass all aspects of property upkeep, technical troubleshooting, and daily operational support. Your key tasks will include:

- Performing ongoing maintenance and repair tasks throughout the house and grounds
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance, regular upkeep, and overall readiness
- Providing occasional driving services as required
- Managing basic pool maintenance and monitoring (regular specialized cleaning is handled by an external contractor)
- Ensuring the property remains in flawless, fully operational condition

To succeed in this position, you should bring solid hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and a high level of personal integrity. We are looking for candidates who bring:

- Fluent Spanish language skills (basic English knowledge is considered an advantage)
- A valid driving license and your own vehicle
- A permanent, existing residence in Mallorca (please note that only applicants currently residing on the island will be considered)
