We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the execution and technical delivery of industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design to start-up).
- Ensure proper implementation of technical solutions, plant layouts,



and equipment integration.
- Support international sites during commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization.
- Standardize engineering practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Review engineering documentation (P&IDs;, drawings, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and multiple projects.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 7- 10 years’ experience in EPC or industrial project environments.
- Strong background in commissioning, plant construction, and multidisciplinary projects.
- Solid knowledge of engineering standards and documentation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Availability to travel (30%)
