As Engineering Manager at Auctane, you lead a multi-member team to deliver high-quality software while refining people-management processes. You’ll work with other engineering managers to define workflows and drive improvements, contributing to a newly formed team. You’ll ensure code quality, architecture decisions, and timely delivery within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS
- Expertise in low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Programming proficiency in at least one OO language and related framework
- Experience delivering CI/CD and cloud infrastructure xugodme automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Belief in continuous delivery and value delivery to clients
- Full product lifecycle ownership including code, infrastructure, and on-call support
- Willingness to learn new languages/technologies
- Ability to balance quality with challenging deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional teamwork
- Fluency in English
