Indie Campers in Madrid seeks an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will execute regional fleet strategies, ensure process consistency, and drive performance aligned with customer satisfaction and fleet goals.
You will partner with regional depots and central strategy to translate plans into actionable operations, coach teams, and optimize supplier relationships. This role requires travel and strong leadership.
