About the Role In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of MiniMed’s collections and dunning processes across all OUS markets. During the build phase, you will map current-state processes, design the target dunning program, define and configure S/4HANA FSCM requirements, and develop practical collections playbooks to support consistent and effective execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities — Build Phase (From now — September 2027)

- Map MDT’s current collections processes end to end, including dunning, escalation, payment plans, and legal referral by market.
- Design the MiniMed dunning program, including levels, days, tone, templates, and market-specific rules.
- Define S/4HANA FSCM collections worklist configuration, including prioritization rules, contact logging, and promise-to-pay tracking.
- Build collections scripts and email templates by market and language.
- Define escalation matrix and payment plan approval thresholds.
- Write, execute, and validate UAT test scripts for collections and dunning.
- Attend S/4HANA workshops.
- Support knowledge transfer from the MDT collections team.
- Support on building up the team, onboarding and Training.

Key Responsibilities — Run Phase (September 2027 onwards)

- Review and prioritize the daily collections worklist.
- Approve payment plans within threshold.
- Coach and develop collectors.
- Produce daily and weekly collections performance reports.
- Handle first-level escalations from collectors.
- Own collections KPIs, including DSO, CEI, and overdue percentage.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of B2B & B2C collections experience.
- SAP collections module or FSCM worklist experience.
- Dunning management experience.
- Strong customer communication skills, both by phone and in writing.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At least two additional European languages.
- Process documentation and mapping skills.
- Experience in multi-country collections.

Preferred Qualifications

- Team lead or supervisory experience.
- S/4HANA FSCM experience.
- Healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Multi-country EMEA collections experience.
- SSC or shared services environment experience.
- Experience designing dunning programs.
