- Maintain great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support
- Source and attract highly qualified talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Host virtual and in-person recruitment events with jobseekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions
- Assist senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction
- Discuss next steps to fulfill career aspirations and long-term development goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions
- Drive successful sales and recruitment processes through effective client and candidate engagement using online and offline activities

Requirements

- Working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
- Knowledge of the company, processes, and customers
