Quality Engineer : Integrated Management System

Position Purpose

We are seeking an experiencedQuality Engineerto lead the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of the companysIntegrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal and external audits, supplier quality assurance, change management, and compliance with sustainability and traceability requirements related toEDANAandEUDR.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Management System (IMS)

:Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the organizations Integrated Management System.
:Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, customer, and industry requirements.
:Manage and update procedures, work instructions, specifications, and quality records.




:Coordinate management system reviews, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives.
:Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Change Management

:Lead the Change Management process for modifications affecting products, processes, raw materials, suppliers, equipment, facilities, and systems.
:Assess quality, regulatory, operational, and business risks associated with proposed changes.
:Coordinate cross:functional reviews and approvals required for change implementation.
:Ensure all documentation, training, validations, and approvals are completed prior to implementation.
:Monitor and verify the effectiveness of implemented changes through performance indicators and follow:up activities.
EDANA and EUDR Compliance
