At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their domain expertise to AI projects focused on public health, health equity, and population-level outcomes.

Your work will directly shape how AI understands, analyzes, and communicates population health data — helping build smarter tools that could improve health outcomes at scale.

What You'll Do

- Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy
- Review outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and data integrity across population-level datasets
- Identify gaps, errors, or misleading interpretations in health metrics, surveillance data, and epidemiological analysis
- Apply your expertise in health informatics to assess dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks generated or described by AI
- Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, structured feedback that helps AI models improve
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule





Who You Are

- Experienced with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization, including dashboards and reporting tools
- Able to critically evaluate health data narratives and flag inaccuracies or oversimplifications
- Comfortable translating complex data insights into clear, actionable language
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable

Nice to Have

- Experience with epidemiological surveillance or community health assessment
- Background in health equity, social determinants of health, or chronic disease management
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, QGIS, or public health platforms (e.g., PHDI, CDC WONDER)
