Key Responsibilities Support customers via phone, chat, and email Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims Deliver an excellent customer experience Perform administrative and back-office customer support tasks What We Are Looking For: Native or bilingual Portuguese Advanced English level (minimum C1)
