What You'll Do

- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
- Evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about genomic and clinical data — identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities to enhance accuracy and scientific rigor
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and meaningful communication of results




- Apply domain expertise to assess the quality and trustworthiness of AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts

Who You Are

- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented, analytically rigorous, and able to communicate nuanced findings clearly
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote, async environment

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or healthcare AI applications
- Experience navigating HIPAA, GDPR, or other regulatory frameworks in data environments
