Your tasks will include installation, repair, maintenance, and validation services.

Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, provide prompt on-site responses, increase first-time fixed rates, minimize repeated call rates, and contribute to overall service targets.



You will follow internal rules, processes, and practices while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: Perform all service activities in compliance with internal guidelines and customer regulations. Provide adaptable telephone support, diagnostics, and on-site services to exceed customer expectations and ensure their success with Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments. Actively promote our contract products. Manage company assets, including inventory, tools, software, and vehicles. Coordinate with relevant partners for service planning and scheduling.

Requirements: Professional background in Electronics, Molecular Biology, Engineering, or related subjects. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent applications specialist experience. Ability to travel internationally, including all EMEA Territory and the US, for training or special calls. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
