Who we are

Want to be part of an AI startup in the creator economy? Setterflo builds AI sales agents that live in a coach's or creator's Instagram DMs - replying, qualifying, handling pushback and booking calls, 24/7, in the brand's own voice. We're the team behind NoCoded and we're now scaling past pilot with real coaches on the platform. Backed by the Madrid Government and based out of iLabs Madrid.

The role

We need our first dedicated creative hire, someone who becomes the recognisable face of Setterflo across TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and owns how the brand shows up publicly while we scale. This isn't a support role. You're building the channel from a blank page, and the ceiling is genuinely a CMO seat with equity once we're generating consistent revenue.

What the job actually looks like week to week

- On-camera, short-form video, scripted and filmed by you, ideally 3+ pieces a week plus a long-form piece
- Planning and running the content calendar i.e. what goes out, when, and why
- Turning product updates and founder conversations into content people actually watch
- Living in the comments/DMs, engaging the audience, not just posting and leaving
- Reading the numbers weekly and adjusting format/angle based on what's working
- Repping Setterflo at events like South Summit,

Who this is for

- You've already built or run a real content presence - your own, or a brand's - and have something to show for it
- You understand why something performs, hooks, retention, format logic
- You can write a script, film it, do a basic edit (CapCut/Premiere-level), and ship it without a producer holding your hand
- You're fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish is a genuine bonus, not a requirement)
- You're based in Madrid and can be on-site at our iLabs office regularly (2-3 times a week)
- You want to build something from zero and are comfortable with the upside being real but not immediate

Compensation: this starts as a founding, performance-based role, commission on results, no fixed salary at this stage. It converts to a retainer as we hit revenue milestones.
