Product Owner – SW CRM (Salesforce)

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Barcelona, Spain (3 days/week onsite)| Houston, US | Guadalajara, Mexico

Work Model: Full-time/ Contract

Time Zone: EMEA (CET) AMS (CT) overlap required

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Product Owner – SW CRM (Salesforce) to own and manage the product backlog across Entitlements, Master Data, Order Management, Renewals, and WXP integrations. The specific initiative will be finalized as the roadmap develops.

The PO will translate product strategy into refined user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint-ready deliverables, while partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Delivery and Test Leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Own, prioritize and maintain the Salesforce CRM product backlog.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into delivery.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Delivery and Test teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive Salesforce workflow,



process and user-adoption improvements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security and integration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Validate and sign off delivered features before production release.
- Support distributed integral teams across EMEA and AMS.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 9–12 years of Product Owner / Salesforce product experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Configuration and Data Model.
- Expertise in Entitlements, Renewals, Master Data, Order Management and WXP.
- Experience with Funnel / Forecasting and subscription/partner ecosystems.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience with 2 full PI cycles and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Director stakeholders and globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have

- CSPO / SAFe PO/PM / Salesforce certifications.
- Experience within large enterprise/Fortune 100 technology organizations.

Knowledge of post-sale support, entitlements and order management processes
