We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native/advanced language to work in the Safor area.

Tasks

Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking

Verifying all necessary property documentation and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies

Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties

Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements

Live in requested area

Requirements
Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.

Driving licence

Residency: Safor, Marina Alta

Autónomo status





Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation

Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team

With a 'can-do' attitude, organized, adaptable, and hands-on

Customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
