At Qaracter, we're looking for a Functional Analyst with QA / Testing experience to join a technology team working on banking projects, ideally within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environments. You will act as a key link between business and technology, combining functional analysis with testing and supporting projects from requirements gathering through to production.

? What You'll Do

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Follow and coordinate functional activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Plan and support functional testing, QA, and UAT activities.
- Identify, analyze, and follow up on functional issues and defects.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet expected requirements and quality standards.
- Support deployment and go-live activities, helping ensure a smooth transition into production.

✔️ What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in software development projects, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience with functional testing, QA, and/or UAT.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle,



from requirements to production.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English level B2 or higher is highly valued.

⭐ Nice to Have

- Previous experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, particularly factoring or confirming.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in consulting or financial technology environments.
