- Support and execute sourcing and tender processes for Spain and other European markets.

- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for building elements and furnishings categories.

- Manage supplier negotiations and secure the best market prices and commercial conditions.

- Prepare accurate budget estimations, model costs and CAPEX orders for openings and renovation projects.

- Coordinate with Construction, Design and local operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying value-added solutions and market opportunities.

- Collect, compare and evaluate supplier offers and tender documentation.

- Support procurement system administration and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Profile description

- High level of English.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.





- Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.

- Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or tender management (approximately 2 years) is a must.

- Knowledge of construction materials, furniture, fit-out elements or interior design is highly valued.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage.

- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
