About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing international hospitality group operating a portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels, premium dining concepts and leisure destinations across multiple markets.

Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the General Manager & Area Manager Spain will be responsible for overseeing the operational, commercial and financial performance of the company's hotel portfolio in Spain, while supporting future development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

- Driving overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets.

- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.

- Leading hotel leadership teams and fostering a strong performance-driven culture.

- Managing budgets, forecasting processes and financial performance targets.

- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

- Building strong relationships with ownership groups, investors and key stakeholders.

- Supporting hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects and operational transitions.

- Contributing to strategic expansion initiatives and evaluating new hospitality opportunities.

- Ensuring compliance with all corporate,



brand and regulatory requirements.

- Representing the company within the hospitality industry and local business community.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience managing luxury hotel operations and strong commercial acumen.Requirements include:

- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.

- Significant experience as a General Manager within luxury or upscale hospitality environments.

- Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B;, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance.

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.

- Demonstrated experience managing P&L; responsibility and achieving business targets.

- Experience working with ownership groups and multiple stakeholders.

- Track record leading renovations, openings, repositioning projects or growth initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.

- Fluency in Spanish and English.
