About The Role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead KST's operations in Spain, driving business performance, growth, and strategic execution. This role is responsible for overseeing all commercial and operational activities while ensuring alignment with the broader Kingspan Data Solutions strategy.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company's strategic plan to drive growth and profitability
- Provide leadership and direction to the management team, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective business performance




- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive commercial growth through strong client relationships and market expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Iberia and wider Europe
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, improving employee engagement and retention
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or similar)
- Strong track record of driving commercial growth in a fast-paced environment
- Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience managing operations and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
