Partnership Sales Account Executive – French Markets

The Role

Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with potential partners to join our partner program.

Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.

Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems.

Gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify pains and opportunities for further developing our partnership channel.

Upsell additional Factorial products or services to partners based on client needs.

Collaborate daily with internal teams, from Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/B2B/Partner relationships at a SaaS-based company or in digital‑transformation environments.

Excellent communication skills and strong empathy with people.

Proactive and eager to propose new ideas.





Fluent in French (expert level) and English.

Bonus Points

Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.

Experience in partnership or channel sales.

Knowledge of Human Resources, Software, or Payroll domains.

Experience in full‑cycle B2B sales.

Experience working with SMBs.

Compensation
35.000€ to 55.000€ OTE, with a 70/30 split between fixed and variable components.
