In this leadership role, you will steer the global medical strategy for immune-mediated therapies, spanning development to market. You will drive high-impact evidence generation and engage with external experts to influence treatment paradigms. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory, access, and launch strategies while upholding stringent medical governance.

- Lead and execute the integral medical strategy
- Design and oversee evidence generation plans (real-world evidence, registries, IITs, post-marketing studies)
- Drive scientific engagement with external experts, investigators, patient advocacy groups, and scientific societies
- Provide medical leadership for major congresses, advisory boards, and publication activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform clinical development, regulatory, access and launch strategies




- Monitor emerging scientific data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
- Represent Global Medical Affairs in governance forums and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliant communication of scientific evidence and maintain high medical governance standards
- Act as SME in cell and gene therapies and evolving autoimmune disease treatment approaches

Responsabilidades

- Advanced scientific or clinical degree such as MD or equivalent; medical degree preferred
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with increasing xugodme scientific responsibility
- Proven expertise in immunology or autoimmune diseases
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix
- Experience in scientific engagement, evidence generation and strategic medical planning
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements in medical affairs
