About Educato AI: Educato AI (YC S24) is an AI exam-prep company helping students succeed through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market, and we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager to own our UGC and creator program in Spain.

- The role: Own the day-to-day UGC program in Spain. Find promising Spanish creators, recruit and onboard them, get content live, manage campaigns, and identify the creators and formats that perform. You will work with our global growth and creative teams, using proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure while adapting execution to Spanish culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates clearly and executes fast. •

What you will do: Find and recruit Spanish creators on TikTok and Instagram. Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns. Review content and give clear, actionable feedback. Organize creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments. Track performance and scale the creators, messages, and formats that work.
