Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end label and packaging projects, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into clear plans and delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is located in A Coruña and involves coordinating with design, production, logistics, and quality teams, as well as maintaining regular communication with customers and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines and resources, tracking progress, managing risks and changes, and resolving issues that may affect cost, schedule, or quality.

Manager will also support expediting of orders, monitor inspections, and align logistics activities to meet delivery commitments. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear reporting to leadership, and continuous improvement of project workflows and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of materials, orders, and information across internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and address nonconformities promptly.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to plan shipments, manage delivery schedules, and collaborate with logistics providers and internal operations.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, apparel, packaging, or a similar production environment is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or production planning systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
