RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR & business partnering

Act as HR Business Partner for all companies in the group.

Ensure HR monitoring and compliance.

Be accountable for the OKRs process, together with our Chief of Staff.

Run the annual employee survey and propose an annual HR plan based on the results.

Own, monitor and act on the people dashboards to steer performance across destinations.





Prepare the people slides for our board meetings.

Culture, communication & engagement

Be the guardian of our group's culture.

Lead HR and internal communication projects (internal newsletters, AI trainings, Learning & Development, etc.).

Organise and host our annual offsite for the Eterniti and Emerald Stay team.

Talent acquisition & development

Oversee recruitment and training.

Participate in team members' onboardings and offboardings.

Deliver individual training sessions (e.g. presentation or communication skills).

Help managers develop their coaching and mentoring skills.

Team management, entities & tools

Manage two HR team members.

Complete the HR integration with the Jewels (acquired companies).

Handle key individual HR matters and HR situations that escal
