What You'll Do

- Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content, outputs, and reasoning related to clinical and hospital data systems
- Assess AI responses for accuracy, compliance alignment, and clinical relevance — flagging gaps, errors, and areas for improvement
- Define and apply governance frameworks, data standards, and quality criteria to AI training tasks
- Review scenarios spanning data accuracy, HIPAA compliance, interoperability, data stewardship, and clinical decision support
- Provide structured, expert-level feedback that directly informs how AI models understand healthcare data environments
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health informatics
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Familiar with cross-functional collaboration across clinical, IT, compliance, and operational teams
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and confident evaluating complex data governance scenarios
- Able to translate nuanced healthcare knowledge into clear, structured written feedback
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in EHR systems, clinical data warehousing, or health data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical reporting, or regulatory audit processes
- Prior work in healthcare consulting, health IT, or clinical informatics roles
