The Role This is an end-to-end Business Development (BD) position within IT recruitment, where you take full ownership of the commercial process. It is a high-activity, phone-driven role that requires you to actively source prospects, manage corporate pipelines, and pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior leaders. You are not just booking appointments; you are managing the entire 360-degree sales cycle from the initial cold outreach all the way through to final negotiation and close.

What About the Salary? We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses , which means your earning potential is truly unlimited .

- Average performers earn around €36k in their first year (base + commission)

Who Are You?

- You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
- You’re ready to relocate to Malta and start an exciting international career.
