Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation program (scope, timeline, budget, risks) - Act as the primary interface between HR, IT, and external system integrators - Coordinate and challenge external consultants to ensure quality delivery - Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutions - Manage governance, decision‑making forums, and stakeholder alignment - Oversee testing, data migration, integrations, and go‑live readiness - Ensure adoption through change management and communication strategies - Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and releases - Act as the internal owner of Workday, ensuring continuous improvement - Manage backlog, releases, and system upgrades - Drive HR process optimization leveraging system capabilities - Ensure data quality, reporting,
and analytics enablement - Reduce dependency on external vendors over time - Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology with business strategy Requirements - 5+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Transformation - 4+ years of experience of Workday - Proven experience in Workday implementation (client‑side strongly preferred) - Workday certifications good to have - Experience in Core HCM and, at least one other module (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning) - Strong program/project management experience - Experience managing external vendors/system integrators - Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll) - Strong ownership and autonomy - Proficient level of English - Ability to operate across business and technology domains - Stakeholder management at senior level - Vendor management and ability to challenge external partners - Structured problem‑solving and decision‑making
