We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HSE Supervisor to strengthen our HSEQ and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct site visits/audits, safety inspections and operational assessments across different locations and activities.
- Identify, assess and control occupational health & safety and environmental risks. Carry out risk assessments and verify the implementation of appropriate control measures.
- Support operational and technical teams in the planning and execution of high-risk activities.
- Promote safe working practices and actively contribute to the development of a strong and proactive safety culture.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness sessions and training activities.
- Lead incident, accident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Travel to operational sites and company locations when required.

Essential requirements

- Formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least 3 years of experience in a safety, HSE or operational safety role.
- Experience working in practical, operational or field-based environments.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections and safety audits.




- Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and risk management principles.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly between operational locations (approx. 30%).
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Tarragona / Barcelona.

Desirable

- HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Experience in energy, offshore, maritime, port or other high-risk industries.
- Experience with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Previous exposure to maritime regulations or safety management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
