Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Location: Remote - candidates must be based in Spain or Portugal

Contract type: Independent contractor

Workload: Part-time

25 hours per week, 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday Working schedule: The preferred start time is no later than 10:00 Central European time (Berlin time), although an 11:00 start may also be considered. The schedule may be adjusted later depending on operational needs.

About the role

AIHIA is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of integral influencer campaigns, primarily within the gaming and entertainment industries.

You will work closely with our Campaign Managers and international team to help ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet a consistently high standard. The role covers influencer research, outreach, campaign coordination, deliverable tracking, reporting, and day-to-day communication with creators and their agencies.

Key responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign objectives, audiences, platforms, and markets.
- Build, maintain, and update influencer databases and campaign tracking documents.
- Prepare initial influencer lists, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
- Support influencer outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, onboarding, and procurement processes.




- Communicate clearly and professionally with influencers, talent managers, and agencies throughout each campaign.
- Review, translate, and edit campaign briefs, scripts, and creator-facing materials when needed.
- Support the review of contracts and commercial terms, and help clarify or negotiate agreements with creators and their representatives.
- Create and maintain task lists and timelines for influencers, ensuring that deliverables follow campaign guidelines and deadlines.
- Track content submissions, feedback, approvals, publication dates, links, and campaign results.
- Sort and analyze campaign data and help evaluate advertising performance.
- Keep Campaign Managers informed through accurate documentation, regular updates, and early escalation of potential issues.
- Support internal coordination and client communication when required.

Requirements

- Based in Spain or Portugal and able to work remotely as an independent contractor.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in outreach, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities without losing attention to detail.
- A proactive and dependable approach to problem-solving.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.




- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not required.
- Any additional language is a strong advantage.

Preferred qualifications

- A strong interest in gaming, entertainment, pop culture, influencers, creators, celebrities, and social media.
- Understanding of major platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including how creators and audiences engage on each platform.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
- Previous experience working remotely or within an international team.
