What will you do?

- Bid management: Lead end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including requirement analysis, solution definition with engineering teams, internal coordination, and bid planning and reviews.
- Commercial & institutional proposals: Support pricing and cost estimation and prepare proposals for both commercial customers and institutional programs (ESA, grants, public funding).
- Processes & tools: Use and maintain structured processes and tools (CRM, planning, risk tracking, documentation), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
- Market & opportunities: Monitor product competitiveness, identify improvement areas, and support the development of new business opportunities.
- Product positioning: Define go-to-market approaches for recurring products and maintain high-quality commercial and technical materials (datasheets, brochures, presentations).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the space sector, technical proposals, bid engineering or a similar technical-commercial role.




- Proven experience preparing complex technical proposals (including costing, structured documentation, and coordination across teams).
- Strong understanding of space systems (structures, mechanisms, or payload interfaces).
- Experience working with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple bids under deadlines.
- Fluent professional English.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
