Aufgaben

Take ownership of end-to-end material management within the yard, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, preservation, tracking, issuance, and return of materials
Coordinate and supervise warehouse and storage operations in collaboration with external contractors and project stakeholders
Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, documented, and stored in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements
Manage material availability and inventory levels to support fabrication and construction activities on schedule
Operate and maintain material management systems, ensuring transparency, traceability, and accurate reporting
Monitor material flow across the yard and identify supply bottlenecks, shortages, or risks at an early stage
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure timely material readiness
Lead inventory checks and material audits to maintain data accuracy and accountability
Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all material handling activities




Prepare regular status reports and provide material-related insights to project and yard management

Profil

Degree, technical qualification, or comparable education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in material management, warehouse operations, logistics, or construction projects
Proven experience managing large volumes of project materials in industrial, EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and material traceability processes
Experience working with ERP and material management systems
Proficiency in InSite LMS for material tracking, inventory control, warehouse management, and reporting is required
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and
