The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial and sales strategy for Lanserhof Marbella, driving revenue growth across medical wellness programmes, accommodation, preventive health services, retreats, and ancillary revenue streams.
This role requires a highly connected luxury hospitality and wellness sales professional with experience in opening projects, luxury resorts, health retreats, private clinics, or high-end hospitality brands. The successful candidate will build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), luxury travel advisors, concierge networks, corporate wellness partners, family offices,



and referral sources across key international markets.

What does the role involve?

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for Lanserhof Marbella.
Achieve annual revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key feeder markets.
Drive sales of medical wellness programmes, health retreats, accommodation packages, and memberships.
Forecast sales performance and provide regular commercial reporting to senior leadership.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel agencies, wellness travel specialists, concierge companies, family offices, private banks, and corporate partners.
Establish strategic partnerships that generate qualified leads and long-term business.
