Overview
We are looking for someone to join the Influencers team as an Influencer Specialist, helping drive the area forward through the development of strategic and creative proposals, creator-led ideas and the management of ambitious local and international projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, bringing together strategic thinking, creativity, cultural understanding and strong execution to develop influence programmes that are relevant, effective and impactful.




Responsibilities
Development of influence strategies, creative approaches and commercial proposals for content creators and influencers, and presentation to clients.
Turning client briefs and business challenges into relevant creator-led ideas and activation opportunities.
Activation and management of campaigns with clients, creators and partners, ensuring strong execution from brief to delivery.
Management of international projects and coordination with different teams and markets.
Preparation and presentation of monitoring reports, campaign wrap-ups and performance analysis, translating results into clear learnings and actionable recommendations.
Identifying opportunities and developing proactive proposals for brands.
Staying close to digital culture, creator trends, emerging platforms and new behaviours, and bringing relevant inspiration and opportunities into the team.
