Role Summary
Sklum Digital & AI is looking for a Principal to own content programming and engagement design for the new Sklum App. You'll decide what content lives in the app, for whom, in what cadence, and with what commercial intent — and you'll design the habit loops that determine whether someone opens the app once or comes back every week. Habit-formation and return-visit design. Design the rituals, hooks, surprises, and feedback loops that make returning to the app feel rewarding rather than prompted. Own the levers that drive installs in the first place — install prompts, launch campaigns, and the path from web visitor to app user — and th
