Responsibilities:





Management and follow-up of general service supplier contracts for all French offices
Control and payment of supplier invoices
Control and order of office supplies & furniture
Follow up, organizing and overseeing all regular and occasional maintenance of office
Manage the day-to-day administration of the company car fleet (approximately 60 cars). This includes managing insurance, providing support to employees about car, managing fuel cards and parking, etc...
Managing mobile phones - contracts, providing support to employees, managing invoices...
Requirements:

Experience on same or similar role 3-5 years, experience in fleet management / Facilities management is desirable
Fluency in English language (oral and written) is mandatory, French is advantage
Valid drivers license is mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills
