What You’ll Be Doing

As a

Junior Sales Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping technology professionals secure exciting new career opportunities across

France,



the Benelux region or German-speaking markets .
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying and engaging top technology professionals
Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
Business development and outbound calling
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
Building your personal brand and market presence

Language requirements

French or German or Dutch fluency

(mother tongue or C2 level)
Good English
