Hi there At Flipflow, we’re looking for a Forward Deploy Software Engineer to join our Retail Tech team and play a key role in how our platform is deployed, configured and operated for real customers. This is a very hands-on, full-time engineering role, close to the product and to d-to-day operations. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Data, Operations and Customer Success, ensuring accounts are correctly set up, incidents are resolved efficiently, and internal tooling scales with the company.

As a Forward Deploy Engineer, your mission is to ensure that: Customer accounts are correctly deployed and configured Technical incidents are quickly diagnosed and resolved Internal tools and processes evolve to support scale, define better workflows and reduce manual work You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, internal operational efficiency and the scalability of the platform. ‍ What will you do?
