As Regional Category Manager, you lead sourcing strategies for grains, starches, sugar and related raw materials across Europe, shaping a high-impact portfolio for Health u0026amp; Biosciences. You’ll coordinate regional procurement, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Operations, Business teams, Quality, and Technical leaders to secure supply, optimize costs, and advance sustainability. This role offers regional scope, a chance to influence supplier ecosystems, and opportunities to drive transformative procurement initiatives.

- Apply IFF's strategic sourcing methodology including spend analysis and market intelligence
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations and performance, and translate into operational improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Business, Quality, Commercial, and Technical leads to align objectives
- Drive continuous improvement,

- Support technology buying by leveraging supplier capabilities and innovations

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor (minimum) in business, economics, science/engineering, or related field
- u003e4 years of raw materials procurement or supplier relationship management experience
- CPSM or SPSM or equivalent procurement certification (preferred) xugodme
- u003e4 years of procurement experience in key markets (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with commodity procurement and hedging
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
