Project Manager (IT) at BairesDev

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead one or more medium to large-scale technology projects, often centered around staff augmentation and software delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution, foster team growth, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do:

Support organizational effectiveness by executing and following strategic technology plans.





Organize and monitor project outcomes; provide coaching and guidance to team members, coordinate company procedures and policies.

Foster reliable communication and a work environment, develop team relationships, and identify opportunities for professional growth to build staff retention.

Evaluate and optimize billable utilization, support capacity planning and contribute to project profitability forecasting.

Proactively identify growth opportunities with existing clients; deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

Support information technology strategies and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, assessing trends, and understanding requirements.

Support financial objectives by contributing to forecasting, managing expenditures, reviewing variances, and supporting corrective actions.

Ensure quality service by implementing and following organizational standards.
