What you will do

- Monitor the daily performance of software robots deployed for our Spanish financial services client.

- Identify and document technical errors or logic failures within automated workflows.

- Assist the technical team in resolving minor script issues to maintain continuous operations.

- Create and update clear documentation for existing automation processes to support governance standards.

- Collaborate with principals to report on the performance metrics of specific automation mandates.

- Perform routine checks on system logs to catch potential issues before they impact the client operations.

- Support the transition of manual tasks into automated routines by documenting the step by step logic required.

- Maintain an organized log of all support requests and resolution steps for future reference.
