Tropicfeel in Barcelona is offering a 6-month People Intern role with a strong operational focus across HR, recruitment, culture and employee experience. You will gain practical experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Culture while supporting day-to-day activities.
The internship is hybrid (3 days in the Poblenou office, 2 days remote). It includes a study grant, growth opportunities within Tropicfeel after the internship, and an internship agreement with your university.
