Experteer Overview
As CoE Demand Planning Manager you own and improve demand planning for AFEMEA, using data-driven forecasting to support sales and operations. You will partner with commercial teams, lead Demand Reviews, and drive standardization of planning processes. You’ll work across cultures in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to a cross-functional planning community. This role offers an opportunity to shape analytics-driven demand planning in a general packaging leader.

• Own baseline forecast and support data-driven, exception-based planning
• Develop forecasts in SAP IBP (or successor) using statistical methods
• Partner with sales and interact with key customers
• Identify demand risks/opportunities, drive mitigation actions, escalate issues
• Lead Demand Reviews and communicate plan changes
• Own forecast dashboards, KPI reviews, and Su0026OP reporting
• Drive standard forecasting methodologies, calendars,



and consensus processes
• Support development/deployment of CoE planning standards and tools
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of demand planning master data
• Collaborate as one planning community with the Supply Planning CoE and train stakeholders
• Contribute to planning system implementations/improvements (SAP IBP and successors)

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 5-8+ years of supply chain experience in international B2B or FMCG
• Forecasting and Su0026OP experience with noise reduction
• Experience partnering with commercial/sales and presenting to Directors/VPs
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP IBP or similar tools
• Fluent English; additional European language preferred
