Experteer Overview
In this role you enable Allianz Technology to lead and optimize IT services for Allianz operating entities. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage financials and governance, and drive customer-focused delivery. You’ll work across a matrix organization to align planning, contracts, and SLAs with business needs. This position offers exposure to strategic IT service management, billing governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a integral tech environment. You will help shape the customer experience and ensure value delivery in a dynamic IT landscape.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare and lead quarterly account meetings with customer stakeholders (COO, CIO); steer topics and ensure follow-up
• Conduct regular financial reviews and manage disputes, including contractual topics and escalations
• Deliver customer communication on planning, service introductions, and onboarding of tools and processes
• Oversee contract changes, annual IT service orders, and sign-offs; review governance meetings and SLA/price updates
• Track overdue receivables,



coordinate with Cash Collection for monthly payments and reconciliation
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting; coordinate annual planning with customers and Allianz Technology
• Evaluate customer demands for funding and ensure charging governance alongside planning inputs

Responsabilidades
• Relevant university degree with 5-6 years of experience in a matrix environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional European language is a plus
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
• Solid data analytical skills; proactive, solution-oriented, independent
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities
• Experience in client/account management is a plus
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is advantageous
• Financial background in controlling/accounting is a plus
