About the role The Scrum Master Intern role exists to facilitate delivery efficiency within our current engagement for a Spanish financial services provider. As we support their transition through complex governance and operating model shifts, this position ensures that project workflows remain organized and transparent. You will act as a coordinator for the agile processes that keep our core mandates on track and aligned with the client goals.

What you will do

- Support daily coordination meetings for the Spanish financial services mandate to ensure alignment on tasks.
- Track the progress of specific workstreams within the project portfolio using internal tracking tools.
- Help identify and remove small-scale operational hurdles that slow down the analysis team.
- Document key decisions and action items from principal-led discussions with the client.
- Maintain clear documentation of the project lifecycle, including delivery milestones and sprint backlogs.




- Facilitate the flow of information between our firm and the client stakeholders to maintain momentum.
- Monitor the health of the operating model being implemented for the client and report on bottlenecks.
- Assist in refining the firm internal processes to ensure consistency across different mandates.

- A fundamental understanding of agile principles and scrum mechanics gained through studies or personal projects.
- Exceptional written precision and the ability to summarize complex points into clear, brief updates.
- Logical rigor when identifying blockers or process inefficiencies within a workflow.
- Genuine curiosity about how large holding companies and financial entities function at a structural level.
- The ability to work independently and maintain high standards of accountability in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail when managing project documentation.
