We’re looking for a Senior Conversion Copywriter to turn more of the traffic reaching our website into customers.

The role

Our Creative Strategist creates the ad concepts, hooks and angles that earn the click. Your job is to make sure the experience that follows delivers on that promise and drives the customer towards purchase.

You will own conversion copy across landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout, as well as the experimentation roadmap behind them.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with high autonomy, direct access to decision-makers and clear commercial impact.

What you’ll do

- Write and launch landing pages tailored to specific campaigns, audiences and advertising angles.
- Turn product features into persuasive customer benefits, supported by strong proof and objection handling.
- Improve conversion copy across product pages, collections, cart and checkout.
- Create advertorials, comparison pages, quiz flows and category education pages when needed.
- Own and prioritise the CRO experimentation roadmap.
- Develop clear hypotheses, launch A/B tests and analyse the results — including the tests that lose.
- Use analytics, reviews, support tickets, returns data, heatmaps and session recordings to understand why customers buy or abandon.
- Define the messaging hierarchy and positioning for each product.
- Work closely with Creative, Brand, design and development to take pages from concept to launch.
- Help create a modular landing-page system so new pages can be launched quickly and consistently.

What we’re looking for

- Exceptional written English,



with an instinctive command of how American consumers think, speak and buy.
- 4+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy for landing pages, sales pages, PDPs or digital funnels.
- Strong direct-response instincts, ideally within DTC e-commerce, consumer health, beauty, wellness or subscription businesses.
- A portfolio that connects copy to outcomes. Where possible, show us the page, the hypothesis and the result. If the numbers are confidential, explain your reasoning and what you learned.
- Experience running A/B tests or working closely with experimentation and CRO.
- Comfort using data and customer insights to make and challenge decisions.
- The ability to work in a CMS or page builder and move projects forward without depending on a designer for every change.
- Strong ownership, commercial judgement and the ability to prioritise what will have the greatest impact.
- Professional ease with the sexual wellness category.

Nice to have

- Experience with Shopify and experimentation tools.
- Familiarity with GA4, heatmaps and session-replay tools.
- Email or lifecycle copywriting experience.
- Experience in a regulated or advertising-restricted category.
- Spanish is helpful for day-to-day life in the office, but not required for the work.
