This will be an EMEA based remote position allowing the idóneo candidate to work where it suits them best! Proximity to Barcelona office enables hybrid work.

Manage outbound prospecting to maximize conversion and pipeline development.
Schedule qualified meetings and validate sales opportunities for the Account
service business challenges and need for Baxter Planning solutions.



Target senior level decision makers and position the value of Baxter Planning’s solution and services. Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage opportunities.

Understand Baxter Planning’s offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to the needs of a prospect.
Salesforce. customer success) including senior and C-level leadership. Experience with enterprise software or technology organizations.
At least 2-3 years of prior sales development, business development, prospecting or sourcing experience. Native English + great presentation skills.
Sincere joy of helping prospects understand our solutions and how they can benefit their business.
Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.
