Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead audits within Group Internal Audit focused on operations and change, including transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders and function heads to strengthen risk culture and the control environment across the group. You’ll tackle complex problems, guide audit teams, and contribute to the annual audit plan with risk-based thinking and practical testing approaches. The position offers influence across multiple business lines and a hands-on opportunity to shape resilient, compliant operations. Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in internal audit, assurance, or closely related function with expertise in operations, compliance, and risk controls
• Strong audit methodology knowledge, including risk-based planning, testing design, and quality assurance practices
• Proven track record in transformation and change, either as an auditor or manager overseeing transformational processes and projects
