We are seeking a Senior Functional QA Analyst with +7 years of experience to join our team in Madrid on a hybrid working scheme (2–3 days/week in the office)- ? Spanish residency is mandatory!

In this techno-functional role, you will lead testing strategies, analyze user journeys, and ensure software quality for complex, multi-application projects.

Requirements ?

- 7–10 years in analysis, software qualification, and functional QA testing within digital and Agile environments.
- Proven experience analyzing B2C and e-commerce purchasing journeys.
- Techno-functional profile with deep technical comprehension; hands-on experience with Postman and Jira .




- English & French (C1) . Native or fluent Spanish is required**

Key Responsibilities ?

- Evaluate user requirements, technical specifications, tenders, and User Stories while helping document business rules.
- Design testing strategies, test plans, and coverage matrices for complex multi-application systems.
- Prepare test data, design test cases, and execute testing for internal systems, partner integrations, and business teams.
- Conduct API testing and technical interface verifications using tools like Postman.
- Log, track, and manage bugs and anomalies through resolution.
- Maintain test repositories and regression test suites.
- Draft progress reports, summary documents, test execution records, and qualification sign-offs.
- Provide Tier-1 application support and reproduce production incidents.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes.

Nice to Have:

- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience in the transportation sector.
