:Define and lead the global strategic roadmap for nutraceutical actives, including segment prioritization and portfolio shaping
:Establish Lubrizol's "right to win" through differentiated value propositions and targeted investment strategies
:Identify and unlock new growth platforms across applications, geographies, technologies, and partnerships
:Drive disciplined portfolio management, balancing core optimization with next:generation innovation
:Lead forward:looking market intelligence to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and structural growth opportunities
:Translate insights into actionable innovation pipelines, partnership strategies, and commercial playbooks
:Build robust, finance:aligned business cases with clear ROI and value capture mechanisms




:Orchestrate cross:functional execution to bring innovation from concept to commercialization with speed and scalability
:Lead general marketing initiatives across commercial, business development, and technical teams to deliver above:market growth
:Represent Lubrizol externally with customers, industry bodies, and partners to strengthen thought leadership and positioning

:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
:Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, business leadership, or innovation:driven roles

:Strong understanding of nutraceutical value chains, regulatory environments, and innovation ecosystems
