Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge Business, Operations and Technology to define and evolve a Integral Receivables platform within financial services. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, support testing, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and accounting requirements. You’ll work with Product Owners, analysts and Agile teams to shape solutions and drive impactful finance operations improvements. This is a chance to contribute to a scalable, cross-functional platform in a multinational, project-driven environment.

• Define and evolve the Global Receivables platform with Product Owners and other Business Analysts
• Act as the interface between Business and Technology to translate needs into actionable requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for Agile teams
• Lead meetings with Accounting and Regulatory Reporting to define solutions
• Prioritize requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Propose technological and operational solutions for product launches and evolution
• Maintain communication with stakeholders across Operations, Business, Technology and management
• Coordinate external functional consultants and ensure alignment with objectives




• Create and maintain functional documentation including Operating Model details
• Develop expertise in the Receivables product as a subject-matter expert
• Monitor delivery milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Support monitoring of financial execution and budget for the workstream

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as Functional Business Analyst / Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and delivering UAT
• Highly analytical with attention to detail and complex process understanding
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong experience producing functional documentation, presentations and business requirements
• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Finance products, especially Receivables
• Experience with Factoring and/or Receivables products
• Experience in Banking Back Office environments
• Understanding of accounting processes, accounting integration and regulatory reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience coordinating external consultants is highly desirable
• Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus
