Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the definition and deployment of electrical infrastructure standards across Amazon’s European facilities to enable scalable, sustainable operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and review HV and LV systems and EV charging networks, aligning with a climate-focused mission. The role emphasizes resilience, smart grid integration, and cost-aware execution across large-scale sites. You will shape technology roadmaps and governance for infrastructure programmes, delivering impact at scale across Europe.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop electrical equipment standards and core infrastructure designs with manufacturers and stakeholders
• Validate designs during installation and commissioning to ensure standards compliance
• Serve as SME for LV and HV (up to 24 kV) electrical systems
• Define technical requirements for EV charging networks and smart grid deployments




• Drive the technology roadmap for electrical infrastructure, including EV chargers, substations, energy efficiency, and IoT (smart metres)
• Prepare business cases and present investment recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate with programme managers to ensure quality and standards compliance across large installations
• Lead process improvements in commissioning, audits, value engineering, and cost control

Responsabilidades
• Experience in electrical infrastructure design, standards development, or large-scale electrical systems implementation
• Demonstrated knowledge of HV/LV distribution systems up to 24 kV and applicable standards
• Technical writing or training program development experience
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
